SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS


When will my order be processed?


All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please
allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale
seasons.


We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed
within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the
processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.


How long will it take to receive my order?


Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your
orders. 

1.1.Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatching within 72 hours after the order is placed.

1.2.Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination country. International delivery usually takes between 15–25 business days to U.S.A & Canada, between 25-30 business days to Australia, New Zeland & United Kingdom, and other countries it might take up to 45 business days to have the order delivered. 

1.3. If the parcel has already a tracking number and it is on its way to be delivered to the destination country, Ovzinstore is not allowed to give a refund to the customer, unless the parcel takes longer than what it is writing on clause 1.2.

1.4. If the parcel takes longer than what is writing on clause 1.2., the customer needs to send us an email at support@ovzin.com for providing a solution to its parcel.


Will I be charged with customs and taxes?


The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you
may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.


Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order
arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.


Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be
covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs
department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your
local customs office.
